By using the customer advisor version of the Amortisator app, you can create a complete amortisation calculation for yourself or for any number of customers, including all the results, and all of this as an Amortisator in your name! So just make sure that all entries are precise and complete.

Customer question: How can I find a customer advisor in my area?

To find customer advisors in your area, first register as a customer and then log in as a customer. Now you can search for customer advisors in your area and contact them directly via the integrated chat. An initial contact is only possible from your side, which avoids from the outset that an unnecessarily large number of customer advisors contact you and that you could understandably feel bothered. As soon as you have contacted a customer advisor who is suitable for you via chat, they have the opportunity to answer you and your joint chat is opened. A notice: Please understand if your selected customer advisor does not answer immediately. Good customer advisors have a lot to do and are often out in the field. It is therefore possible that your customer advisor is currently in a customer appointment and will definitely answer you afterwards.

Customer question: When and how can I rate customer advisors?

Of course, you can only assess the quality of the advice provided by your customer advisor after the service has been provided, i.e. after you have received the amortisation calculation sent by your customer advisor. A really simple evaluation method is available to you with the sun symbol: award a sun if you were satisfied with the advice. If this is not the case, simply leave out the rating.

General: Why can't I use the different functions of the customer version and the customer advisor version with my registration data?

You should choose from the start how and for what purpose you want to use the Amortisator app: as a customer or as a customer advisor?

So that we can distinguish between customers and customer advisors, it is not possible to register with one and the same email address. Otherwise, customers would also be displayed to you as a customer in the customer advisor search.

Customer question: Why can I hardly find or no customer advisors in my area?

Since the Amortisator app is still relatively new on the market, please understand if you may find only a few or no customer advisors in your region. However, you are welcome to speak to customer advisors from outside about the Amortisator app, since the benefits of the Amortisator app benefit both of you equally.

General question: How much does it cost to use the Amortisator app?

The use of the Amortisator app in the version as a customer advisor for the amortisation calculation of photovoltaic systems costs € 9.99 per month and can be canceled monthly.

The use of the Amortisator app in the customer version to search for, contact and evaluate customer advisors is free of charge.
